My wife and I recently purchased our first home in Southern Pines with Bill's help. I initially had several reservations about purchasing a home due to inexperience with the process, but Bill spent hours coaching us through and answering my countless questions. On several occasions I asked Bill to show us homes that were clearly not the right fit for us but were in our price range, and without hesitation he would take his time out and oblige me every time. Due to my impatience I would try to convince him as to why I could make the homes work, and he expertly talked me off the ledge each and every time. He could have much more easily agreed to help us purchase the home, collected his commission, and moved onto a new client, but that is NOT how Bill operates. He makes it perfectly clear that he truly is looking out for the best interest of his clients through is actions and not simply words. Had it not been for Bill’s professionalism, experience, and commitment to helping my wife and I find the perfect house we would have missed out during a situation with a competing offer on the home we purchased. The ONLY reason our bid was chosen over the competing bid was the simply fact that the written offer drafted by Bill and the ensuing correspondence with the sellers was more timely and professionally presented than that drafted by the other potential buyers. Bill’s competence and experience is the only thing that separated my wife and I from the other potential buyers, which really highlighted to me how important it is to have the right realtor working for you instead of a situation like the other would-be buyers who had their realtor working against them. As I sit in the house that I can now call my home, I realize that one of the best decisions I made throughout this entire process was actually the first decision, which was to give Bill Sahadi a call.

Bill found us the perfect home. Negotiated for us, asked all the right questions for us and introduced us to people we would need once the deal was done and we moved in. In all our experience with home buying and selling this was by far the most seamless, comfortable and honest transaction yet. In November, my husband accepted a job offer in Georgia and was given 30 days to make the move from North Carolina to his new Air Force base. I was given the task of selling our home. As I had never been involved in selling a home, I was at a total loss. My sister recommended Bill to me, and after my first meeting with him, I knew he was the realtor for us. The first time I met him, he gave me a list of things to do immediately before listing the house, and he went through the whole house and told me what to do to sell quickly. I followed his instructions, and once listed, the house sold within 8 days. This was truly phenomenal to me! Bill was always in our corner, negotiating with the buyers when we weren't sure what to do, holding my hand through all the inspections and repairs and little things that come with selling a house, and he knew "a guy" (or a girl) for everything that came up throughout the sale - deck repairs, house cleaning, you name it. He handled the closing for us since we had to move to GA before the closing date, which was a huge relief. I've told everyone that if we ever have the opportunity to move back to NC, I won't call anyone other than Bill. He has a great reputation for a reason, and I highly recommend him as a realtor.

Bill did such an absolutely wonderful job as our realtor that I don't even know where to start. From the beginning to the very end of the house buying process (and even after closing as we started renovations), we always felt like he was looking out for our best interests and did everything he could to make the process go as smoothly as possible. I have bought and sold 8 properties in the past 20 years. Bill is by far the most professional and straight forward Agent that I have ever dealt with. Without going into any great detail, we had a complicated situation with an estate owning one half of the property, and Bill dealt with the situation with the highest level of professionalism and compassion.
