Bill caught my attention when I was working in a dental office. He would stop the procedure on his teeth in order to take calls from his clients. After this I knew he would not stop working for us. Since then he has sold our first home, helped us find our second home and help us buy our beach home (Bill initiated contact with another agent who then work with us).

Most recently, we began another house search last February. We weren’t sure what we needed, so he showed us EVERYTHING that could be potentially meet our needs. It was a long, deliberate process but he recognized that some people have to go through this to make an informed decision. Through it all, we were never rushed. He just studied our reactions and gauged our responses to his questions to determine what would be right for our family.

Bill is the same wonderful and caring person he was 14 years ago. Time seems to have made him even more knowledgeable, patient and dedicated. Expect him to gently steer you with questions that make you think hard about the homes you are considering. Expect to be surprised that though he has MANY other obligations, he still makes you feel like you are his only focus. Expect him to be dedicated to you and your home through the entire process. He is still a strong presence 2 weeks after our closing to ensure that the specific needs of our property are met.

As your representative, Bill will work hard to present your position in the best possible light. While his calm demeanor is soothing and reassuring during the emotional negotiation process, do not let it fool you. Bill would fight hard for your best interest. 

We have worked with other competent realtors but they are not like Bill. I guess we are spoiled. He goes above and beyond what is typically expected of realtors. Trust that Bill will find you that special place. He may even know it is the perfect home before you realize it.
